Amarna Associates and Paramount Health and Safety Ltd Cancellation Policy

If the training or consultancy is cancelled, there is a cancellation charge that will be applied in accordance with the sliding scale set out below, which is based upon the amount booked for the training course or consultancy: 

• Less than 7 working days – 100% of Training / Consultancy Rate
• Greater than 8 working days but less than 10 working days – 75% of Training / Consultancy Rate
• Greater than 11 working days but less than 14 working days – 50% of Training / Consultancy Rate
• Greater than 15 working days but less than 18 working days – 25% of Training / Consultancy Rate
• Greater than 19 working days – 0% of Training / Consultancy Rate

Any non-attendance to training courses or cancellation upon consultant arriving on site without prior notice will incur the full rate due to be charged for the training / consultancy scheduled.

Amarna Associates and Paramount Health and Safety Ltd reserve the right to postpone or cancel the above training / consultancy requirements at short notice where they are prevented from holding the training / consultancy due to circumstances beyond their control and they will endeavour to give as much notice as is reasonably possible.
