Company’s tendering for work are often required to provide evidence of appropriate health and safety systems. This is demonstrated by the provision of suitable and sufficient documentation which is integrated into the business, procedures and associated activities.

A Health and Safety Management System is a robust system that enables the company to incorporate all the appropriate health and safety documentation in a standard format or tailored to complement existing systems and paperwork. It provides a system which enables the tracking of documents through a unique numbering system and support to ensure they remain up to date (with previous versions being archived). It encompasses the process of auditing, training requirements and continuous improvement as the business develops.

  • We work with Clients to devise and implement Health and Safety Management Systems which are appropriate to the business activities which can be utilised for the submission of documentation and other aspects for tendering, or simply to have good, robust health and safety processes and procedures in place.
  • We support Clients who are developing systems and other appropriate infrastructure (e.g. identification of specific roles and individuals, training programmes, auditing systems etc) to enable achievement of accredited status (e.g. BSI, ISO).
  • We complete reviews of existing documentation supported by a written report to provide a realistic outline of what would be required to achieve a Health and Safety Management System
